Redden Receives German Armed Forces Award

Master Sgt. Sean Redden, right, received the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) bronze award from Col. Paul Quigley, Commander, 224th Air Defense Group, during a promotion and awards ceremony on Nov. 28 at the Eastern Air Defense Sector in Rome. Airmen earn the badge by passing a strenuous test composed of physical fitness and military skills evaluations. Those who pass the test receive gold, silver or bronze awards based on their scores.
