Tech. Sgt. Amy Ough, a New York Air National Guardsman at the Eastern Air Defense Sector in Rome, N.Y., carries a folded American flag during preparations for a recent ceremony. Ough, a resident of West Winfield, N.Y., was named the Air National Guard's Outstanding Honor Guard Member in March. A cancer survivor and mother of five, Ough is being recognized with other Air National Guard award winners at an Aug. 7 ceremony in Washington, D.C.
