    EADS celebrated the Air Force's 70th birthday on Sept. 18. In keeping with tradition, Col. Emil Filkorn, EADS Commander, and Airman 1st Class Laura Patnode, EADS youngest Airman, cut the first piece of the birthday cake during a short ceremony held in EADS headquarters building. Patnode is a member of the 224th Support Squadron Security Forces.
